We have answers
Triangle Liquidators is an online liquidation auction. We purchase truckloads of overstock, shelf pulls, and customer-returned merchandise. The merchandise is processed at our warehouses and sold through our online auctions, where every lot opens at $1. New items are added daily, and all winnings are available for local pickup at one of our locations.
New inventory is added daily, and every lot opens at $1. Each lot has its own closing time, and you can bid manually or place a maximum bid. If you have the highest bid when the auction closes, the lot is yours!
Winning bidders can view their purchases in their account and will be notified when their items are available for pickup. Once an item becomes available at your selected pickup location, you have seven days to pay for and pick it up.
A max bid, also called a proxy bid, is the highest amount you are willing to pay for a lot. Once entered, our system automatically bids on your behalf in the smallest increments needed to keep you in the lead, up to your maximum amount. It's a hands-off way to stay competitive without watching every auction until the end.
Your full max bid is not shown to other bidders.
A 15% buyer's premium and a $1 lot fee are added to each winning bid, along with applicable sales tax. A transfer fee may also apply when an eligible lot is moved between Triangle Liquidators locations.
To keep bidding fair, any bid placed in the final moments of an auction automatically extends that lot's closing time by a few minutes. This prevents last-second "sniping" and gives everyone a fair chance to place a final offer. A lot only closes once the extension period passes with no new bids.
Payment is due when you pick up your items. Winning lots must be collected from your selected pickup location. Eligible lots may be transferred between Triangle Liquidators locations for an additional fee.
You will be notified when your items are available and will have seven days from that date to pay for and pick them up. Items not collected within the pickup period are considered abandoned and will be re-auctioned.
When you arrive, follow the posted instructions to check in and provide your parking space number. Our team will prepare your order and bring your items directly to your vehicle.
Please make sure your vehicle has enough room for your purchases and bring any straps, tie-downs, or assistance needed to safely load larger items.
No. Triangle Liquidators does not ship purchased items. All winning lots must be picked up at your selected Triangle Liquidators location.
Certain eligible items may be transferred between our locations for an additional fee. Items marked as non-transferable must be picked up from the location where they were originally listed.
Because we sell liquidation and returned merchandise, we do not offer standard returns.
If you believe an item was mislisted or does not reasonably match the description or photos, please email bid@triangleliquidators.com within 72 hours of receiving the item to submit a claim.
We may ask for photos or additional information to review your claim. If approved, we'll work with you on the appropriate resolution, which may require returning the item.
Claims submitted more than 72 hours after pickup or receipt cannot be considered.
